I am making a cot blanket with polar fleece. I have 'blanket stitched' around the edge with 8 ply wool, but now I don't know how to join where I finished with one length of wool and started the next. I have looked at some YouTube viedeo's but they are always working with double material.

Would anyone be able to explain how to finish the joining places so the blanket stitch still looks neat. I would hate to spoil the effect of the blanket stitch around the edge with 'sloppy joins'.

Thanks,
Chris
