I have a Esante and a Imagine serger. Love them I also bought several disk's that I purchased from a place that was going out of business. I thought that it was the embroidery card that would fit in my machine, however they were disks that then has to go onto the palette. However, my computer won't allow the palette to work without freezing up and then we have to call babylock to get the program out of our computer system.... so if anyone is interested in buying some software, and also the palette, let me know...

Does anyone have trouble using polyester embroidery thread on their ellageo machine? Mine does not see to like it. (pull up the bobbin tension to tight) Rayon thread works fine - I tried adjusting the tention but the emboideries don't come out as pretty. Just wondering before I pack her up for a trip to the sewing hospital.

i think I may have the wrong size pre-woulnd bobbin. Didn't know they came in different sizes.
Comment by Gracie on July 15, 2009 at 8:56pm
I haven't had a bit of problem with polyester thread; it's the only kind I use since I'm allergic to rayon. Ihave never messed with the tension on the bobbins, but when the bobbin thread pulls to the top it is usually because I have a lint build-up in the bobbin case.

My BLs take the size L prewound bobbins and I use the NEBS variety. HTH.

I am putting a pair of ruby slippers on a pillow case, and it keeps puckering at the toe. I"m using sticky backed stabilizer, and it puckers at the toe and at the heel. any ideas?

I"ve tried putting a piece of typing paper under it, it helped somewhat, but still has puckers

I have the Ellageo ESg3 with a floppy disk. How important is it that I would upgrade to a machine with a USB port? Another words should I upgrade before my machine is worthless?

Hi I have a Ellegante for sale. I bought it in the fall of 2005, I want to upgrade to a Ellisimo. I still have all the books and others. Plus 2 USB sticks and will upload what ever designs you like. Anyone interested

I have a Baby Lock Decorators Choice. I am working on some PJs in a stretch knit fabric and the material does not feed as it should. I have to stop and remove the material from down inside the machine. I have loosened the top tension which helped some. When sewing the same fabric with interfacing there is no problem at all. All I need to do are side seams and hemming and I am done but the fabric is winning this battle. Any ideas?
