Here is a link to the site that has a Bear Hat on it, very cute.

Hi, below is a site that only has slippers or house shoe types of things, hopefully you will be able to find something in there.

This link is for the crochet Granny Square slippers, even though the name of the blog is "The Purl Bee"  I think you will like how easy these are.

One of my most favorite things to do is crochet. Right now I am working on a baby afghan. Hope i get it done before the baby gets here. LOL

I'm new to the group. Saw a mention of Barbie doll clothes. Can anyone share the site with me? Appreciate it. Thanks.

I am new to SWN. I need some help :) My son and daughter in law are expecting their first baby in September and I would really love to crochet a bassinet skirt for the old/used bassinet they will be inheriting. I have searched the net in vain to find a pattern. Can anyone direct me to a site of magazine that would help me create this one of a kind heirloom bassinet skirt?

Thanks Molly and Glenda. I never realized I could glue it on - which makes things easier LOL. And I like the idea of the buttonhole stitch all around - it'll make them cuter than ever. I was gifted with some Dr. Denton fabric (actually says Dr. Denton all over it, which surprised both my friend and I), which I had planned to use for the feet of her jammies - now I can use it for her slippers, too. I can hardly wait to get started.

I have been wanting to make some slippers for my granddaughter (currently 7 months old) to wear this winter. This little sweetie just loves to stand and to walk with grandma holding her. So I have to worry about them not being too slippery (since her weight won't put enough pressure to help with traction). I came up with the idea of using that rubberized fabric as an outer sole. But I have no idea how to attach this so that it will stay attached, and will look good, too (that last part is the perfectionist in me). Anyone ever done anything like this?

I want to design my own crochet baby sweaters, I have the basic size chart but don't know how big to make the armholes? Does anyone know the basic sizes of baby armholes in sweaters? How many inches do I make the side seam before I start the armhole?

This video demonstrates how to fix / adjust / repair the timing of the hook on a sewing machine. If the thread from your needle isn't getting caught by the hook that rotates around, this video explains what to adjust to fix that. Requires some very basic tools and takes 15-30 minutes - maybe less.
