St. Patricks Day: “Bring Me Luck” Mini Quilt – A Free Quilting Tutorial from Blue Ribbon Designs

A fun free quilting tutorial from Blue Ribbon Designs for a mini quilt with a lucky St. Patrick’s Day twist! Instead of including a traditional shamrock that usually has three leaves, we learn how to create a four leaf clover which is a rare variation of the common three leaf clover. This free tutorial also uses the GO Accuquilt Fabric cutter, however, you can still make this mini quilt by cutting your pieces with a rotary cutter if that is what you have.  Don't shy away from this project because they use an electric cutter. Cutting the fabric is just part of the quilting process! The “Bring Me Luck” mini quilt is the perfect size for a wall hanging or a table topper. This is a basic pieced project created with 6” quilt blocks, but you could easily adapt this tutorial for the 8”, 9” or 12” block sizes. Finished size: 30″ x 30″.  I'm loving the fresh white background against SPRING GREENS!
