I think we had this one before. I suggested that she take apart one that fits and make a pattern from that. It can't be too hard.

I think someone else suggested that there is a commercial pattern available, but don't recall the brand. A stop at a fabric store's pattern department may be the way to find a pattern.

I forgot to add that the pattern was supposedly listed under the uniforms category. I hope that helps. I googled and found Simplicity 8336. Good luck.
