I'm working on a 'mystery' project of 12 jackets. Hard at work on the 6th one today..... Snowing like crazy outside here in CRAZY Illinois. Praising God I can stay home to do my work today.

Tell us what you think!
@ Linda - There is also A Great Notion in Abbotsford....it's 3 blocks from my office (yikes!). I find they have a greater selection through their catalogue than in the store itself but either way, I love their stuff!! And the staff are very helpful! You should also check out Hamel's Fabrics on line. They have gorgeous quilting material if you're into quilting.
Have any of you in Canada ordered from or checked into ordering from maryjos.com?
I don't know if they ship to Canada or if they do how, but they are great to work with and have LOTS of stock. I go there every year when I visit my brother and I have ordered on line, but I'm in the States now.
This video demonstrates how to fix / adjust / repair the timing of the hook on a sewing machine. If the thread from your needle isn't getting caught by the hook that rotates around, this video explains what to adjust to fix that. Requires some very basic tools and takes 15-30 minutes - maybe less.
