A query sent in from Arlene:

"I hope someone can help me. I want to embroider clock faces to put on clocks that come apart. Want clocks that do not cost too much. You know, like the plastic frame clocks?
If anyone knows where I can buy them I would so appreciate it. Craft season is coming and I need to find these clocks soon so I can get started.
Thanks so much for all your help,"

It sounds like a wonderful idea Arlene! If I come across any sites or companies, I'll let you know.
Walmart has a few really nice plastic clocks for around $4,00
Arlene if you have an IKEA store near you ..... they have clocks with plastic frames in a variety of colors. It is also worth a trip to their 'AS IS' section as I have often found clocks, frames, vases etc...interesting accessories here.
good luck. Please post a picture of your creations........love to see them. Warna
There are clock fixings that you can buy without buying a whole clock. Michaels or Hobby Lobby sells them. Do an internet search if you don't have one near you.
