where are my design pics at???
I just recently got a brother embroidery machine and was downloading designs off the internet and when i put them in my embroidery folder instead of seeing the pic of the design I see the PED design (program that I have installed). Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. I know when i look at my moms this doesn't happen--i always see the pic at her house. we tried all morning but cant figure out how to get it changed. any ideas?

What type of softwear and computer are you using?

Using don't know what kind of computer with ped basic software. use mozilla firefox for browser. and windows xp if that helps.
