Sew, What's New?

Curating sewing and quilting talent, techniques, and tutorials, since 1997.

I made this Daddy Apron for my son who was a brand new first time daddy last year. It contains everything a new daddy might need: disposable gloves, baby wipes, air freshener, burp cloth, nose clips, biohazard bag, disposable diaper, face mask, goggles, diaper cream, bottle/pacifier, toy, and emergency phone number.

I made it out of denim, very simple with four pockets and a tie back.

I kinda started it as a joke, but he really used it quite a bit, adding his own stuff as needed (cell phone, etc) He said he even put a beer can in there once when he had too much to carry with the baby and all :)

Very cute idea for a new dad. He'll be fully equipped now! :)
