Hey Amanda!

 

I have a quick question and totally understand if this is not possible, but I love your dress you made and wondered if you could make the same R2D2 dress for my daughter.  She is 18 months, so a 2Tish size would be awesome.  How much would you charge to do this?  I am just like your daughter and from an early age I would ask my grandma to "make" my designs.  I could see them in my head but in the stores they just weren't there so she would tell me that she couldn't sew, but she'd make them anyway.  I still have some of the skirts and dresses she helped me realize from high school.  Well, like I said if you can't do this, that's understandable, but if you are willing and able, please let me know and I would love to work something out.  THANK YOU for even thinking about it.  I am also open to waiting for whatever season works for you to do it, if you can, since I get this is a very busy time of year.  Happy holidays and a productive and enriching new year!

Thanks so much. She challenges me to do things. For her birthday I offered to make her a Leia costume and she said she wanted an R2D2 dress...... This is what my mind came up with around 3 in the morining when I was trying to sleep...lol At least I had w eeks notice. Usually she wants a new dress the day before something...haha

I seem to be wanting to comment on everything you make. I am making a nusance out of myself. What an imagination you have. The costumes were outstanding and so is this. I am really enjoying your pictures.

Thanks Jennifer. My daughter believes I can make anything and is ALWAYS challenging me with the things she she wants :) When I tell her "I"m not sure I can make a ________ " she always says."Just think it over mom...you will see". I love Kids!
