I used Simplicity pattern 9574, which is from the 1990's.  I found a copy at ecrater if you're interested

I've packed up my work for the holidays; remind me and I'll look for it after the first of the year.  I can't remember the number unless I find the pattern.

This is the newest offering in my new line of toddler dresses, "Classy Cherubs"(c).  I made a few in this style but they all will be one-of-a-kind.  This dress is a pullover, flared & above-knee length dress.  It features short, puffed sleeves with elasticized shoulders and sleeves.
This dress is called "Blossoms" and is made with two coordinating fabrics in red and light blue print.  The sleeves, facings and decoration are made with one fabric, and the body of the dress with another.  The embellishments are hand-sewn.   The yoyo flowers have ric rac centers, bias stems and applique leaves.  The applique is backed inside with light interfacing for comfort.

The dress is made from a size 4 pattern.

Neckline opening = 9"
Chest = 14" measured flat.
Length = 23"

Peggy could you share with us the various techniques used when making this dress?
