She sings and dances one minute and beats up her big brother the next! She loves her tutus to dance in. I started sewing again 2 years ago at Christmas when I wanted to give them all handmade things. I have really enjoyed making them toys and play tents and clothes. Such a challenge for boys! So easy for girls. I find such great ideas on Etsy. My oldest daughter is the one having a girl in July and she hates all the ruffles and frills that I love to add to dresses so I just told her to get used to it!!

I too love being "Mamere" as you do "Nana". I currently have 7 grandchildren and the upcoming twin boys and little granddaughter will bring us to 10. So all your ideas are invaluable. Except for one precious little tomboy grandaughter, I have six grandsons, so sewing has not been too much fun. This little baby girl due will be the Princess as your mom is a real traditional girly girl. So all this is new for me.

Look on etsy at the shop called winterpeach for this pattern, also some cute ones on sewingwithme7. the first shoes I made were for my grandson from a free pattern i found online, they are all cute and easy to make. I have nearly 4 grandbabies 2 boys and nearly 2 girls. I love being Nana! I'm sure you will too. Congrats! I'll try to post more pictures next week. So nice to talk with you. Thanks again.
