Hi ladies. I WAS in fact able to find this website where I got the pattern. In your search engine, type about.com When there, type in sew a toddler's fluted edge hat Theirs is a light looking fabric. They have several patterns, but you will be able to notice the similarities between mine and theirs. Also, they used narrow bias tape to go over the seams, but I did not. I simply made 2 of the hats, put them together, right sides together, sewed around, leaving a small gap to turn. Then I turned the fabric hats inside out. Sew up the little open gap. You actually have a reversible summer sun hat. It's very easy, and on one I made, I put little ear flaps and ties hanging from each flap that can be tied under baby's neck. Any questions, just holler at me! Happy stitching!
