Sew, What's New?

Curating sewing and quilting talent, techniques, and tutorials, since 1997.

This is a 16 1/2 inch small wall quilt, crazy quilted with extensive hand embroidery and beadwork. Mostly the fabric used in this one was newly purchased. But its an exception for me to do all new fabric.

What somewhere along here, I got this bath mat mixed with a different description of my Christmas Crazy which I've added here. Thanks Cynthia, this bathmat is one way I use up the circles that are cut out of the back of drunkards path blocks. I made this bathmat in 1997, we still use it today.

Made from two worn out thin towels, cut to a size perfect for our bathroom. Machine sew on the 'circe strips' from the drunkards path.Below is the Christmas Crazy unquilted at this photo. See more at my  blog.
