Thanks for your reply. I like Robinson Anton and Madeira  as far as threads. I like to use Floriani Stabilizers...I just love perfect stick, it is a tacky tear away. You hoop the stabilizer, score it and then place your item on top, there no need to hoop your project. I also like their heat n stay tear away and I use their no show mesh for t-shirts.

I have a real mix of thread: Robinson Antoine (my fav), Gutterman, Sulky, Coats & Clark & anything else that was handed down from a neighbour.
Stabiliizers, I love iron on tear away because nothing moves. Over the holidays I found a pack of rinse away, it's plastic-like & worked great.
How about you, what do you like to use?

Thanks ladies! I certainly don't mind sharing, that's the whole reason I signed into this awesome site! If I don't digitize a design myself then I get mist of my embroidery designs from emblibrary.com (Embroidery Library)The design is called "Flying Cardinal with snowflakes." http://www.emblibrary.com/EL/Products.aspx?Catalog=Emblibrary&P...
Hands down, this is the best site to buy designs. Firstly, they are very reasonably priced & they have awesome sales quite frequently so you can often get things that were say $5.99 for $1! They also have; monthly free designs, project ideas, LOTS of free patterns
(look in Stichers Showcase.) oh & they have a wide variety of programs to suit your machine.
I hope this helps!
