Kangamonster pillow side

I made this for my son for Christmas... shhhh, don't tell ;) He doesn't like to take his action figures into bed with him, because he's afraid of losing them. The mouth on the pillow is a pouch (hence the "kanga" part of the name), so when he gets sleepy, he can slip them inside the pouch, where they will be safe until morning... unless Kangamonster gets hungry! ;)

It is made out of recycled felted wool sweaters, and is stuffed with cashmere sweater scraps leftover from other projects.

Not only that, but just the other day I made a hat just like the one you're wearing in your profile photo. I'm going to post it right now. :-D
