Sew a Kitchen Mixer Cover - Three Free Sewing Tutorials

1.

Corinne of "Heart of Mary" demonstrates through this mini-tutorial, how to make a cover for a KitchenAid mixer. Some sewing experience is needed as the tutorial is brief and without step-by-step photos. (Pretty simple project though) Corinne explains that the cover is reversible and says that should you want a change in look every now and then, to choose a pretty lining fabric. Great idea!

I just got a kitchenaid a couple days before Thanksgiving, early Christmas present! First thing I said was I want to make a cover for it, and lo and behold I came across this on Pinterest! Thank you so much for the instructions, now to find fabric I can live with in the kitchen, it had to be red and white!

With the right print, this would make a fun sewing machine cover too! Love it.

I am with Colleen. Love my mixer even if I do not use it a ton.

Beautiful cover! But I was married for 25 years before I was able to get a Kitcheaid mixer. I smile everytime I see it. I don't think I'll ever make a cover.
