Ribbon-bound potholder

I made this potholder, and one that almost matches, for the microwave at my office. I used a combination of Nomex and Indura Cotton scraps from work, where we make Wildland Firefighter clothing. The entirety of the potholder, except for the ribbon binding, is made of scraps.

Gosh, I hadn't thought of making one for this. I suppose I could. The thing is, it's made entirely out of fire retardant material (even the filling).
