Use up your scraps and make some beautiful Shabby Chic Autumn Garland to decorate your home for Thanksgiving. I could see this garland along a mantel, shelving, or around windows and doors. I like the idea shown in the photo where the garland is wrapped around a candle-lantern too. There are so many ways you can use this garland year after year.
To make your shabby chic garland, you’ll need:
* Lots of colorful fabric scraps
* Scissors
* String
* Water-soluble stabilizer
* Seasonal lace leaf embroidery design (I used the small 4x4 size)
* Tape, if you like
