I can't wear it, and that's ok, before kids yes, now not a chance. I love it though as my oldest daughter is skinny like I was before I had kids. I think it's very chic, and cool.

Good design great look. My figure is like most of yours, but this would be a great technique for those summer tops our daughters wear or along the lower pant legs. Lighten up. ladies!!

Hi Ladies
Thanks Lady B. Also to Kathleen - You can slip it on with the laces already tied, so it only takes a second to get dressed! :-)

I think this is absolutely adorable! It looks well made, too, nice job. Not something that I could personally get away with wearing either, doesn't mean that I can't appreciate it. Keep up the good work, the haters just need something to hate on lol.

How long does it take to get dresses?

You Go Girl!!! I love this dress! Put a pair of black lace underwear on and you don't have to add a lace modesty panel. Sometimes just a peek at something we're not normally supposed to see can be very sexy and a little provocative. And I agree with Linda, this dress would DEFINITELY keep my husband close at hand! Keep up the great work!

I am sorry to read such sad reviews on someones creation. It is a cute look and my not be for everyone but we must appreciate the effort and styling. It may not be for you but it may be one for others. Ramona you are absolutely right. I am glad to see some one appreciate the creation for what is. Good job JaQ don't let the negative narrations keep you from shareing or creating we can not please everyone.

Oh come on! You do have to admire the craftsmanship and style. Just because I am an overweight grandma doesn't mean I can't admire good design and fine sewing skills. It also helped me remember there was a time when I wore the mini-skirt in style and looked quite good, thank you very much. Go for it and flaunt it if you've got it!

My daughter needed a formal dress for Halloween, so we bought one at a thrift shop. It was too small so I added eyelets in the back so she could lace it up. She wore another shirt under it so that there was no skin or underwear showing and we were pleased with the results. Good job with this one!

Love that this stirred up a bit of controversy! I am definately still going to be making dresses like this, BUT very good point about the underware. I will start the lacing higher up next time. (Of course, as seen in the tabloids, young Hollywood gals don't wear undies anyway!) ;-)
