I love Lena's patterns! They are the greatest to work with.

I purchased her kimono shoe pattern and made a pair for a friend who is in a wheelchair. She was getting dressed up and didn't really have fancy dress shoes! What's a girl to do.. well Using Lena's pattern I made a pair of Kimono shoes, black crushed velvet for the sole and burgundy satin for the top and used warm and natural fleecing for the inside since my friends feet are also cold. Well the shoes matched perfect to her outfit and they were the talk of the affair! Now I must make her more.. Very quick to make up. They are a little large, the pattern pieces. Thanks Lena.
