Yes!! I too am overwhelmed..I work full time and have a site I sell my purses on and seems like I am either working or sewing..no time for anything else. Plus, I have so many ideas for new purses and have so much fabric and I feel I have little time to get it all done. My philosophy tho is to take it a day at a time. Sew what fabric seems to grab my desire to make a creation out of it.
Planning ahead the time to sew seems to help with the feeling of being overwhelmed and then also making sure to plan time for yourself and being with your family always seems like a juggling act these days. My new creation is a custom design purse (purple)for a prom. Look for it on here will have it done soon...Carla

Laura..Welcome to my "We Love Purses" group. In viewing you photos of your creations I would like to say for a beginner and being self taught you are doing a really nice job. If you have any questions on tips and techniques please let me know. I have been sewing since I was 7 yrs old and really got into it heavy when I was working in fabric stores over the past 25 yrs.
