I have a software program that I use with my PR600 monogramming machine called PE Design. I use it and then expand the letters or squish them or whatever I want to do to them, then print out, cut out with exacto knife, use what's left as a template. My fonts are all from my computer. I use cheri, hiccups, and various others that I have downloaded from different sites like: kevinandamanda.com/fonts and dafont.com and 1001 free fonts. Just type in free fonts and you will get many, many sites to download fun fonts. Also, type in scrapbooking fonts and you can get a lot of fun ones. They are usually in a zip file. Just right click and extract to a folder.
