How many things can you do with labels from clothing? I'm on an adventure to figure this out and here is one example of something I did last year.

I also reused lace from garments, ric rac from some thrift store package and lots of labels.…

This little quilt was made in 2005 and is one of 7 Christmas quilts that I've made for decor in my home. Give it a whirl, it's a perfect way to reuse clothing.

Reconstructed Christmas Garland

This little item is sure to please anyone who sews. It's really the simplest idea to reuse even the last of the last bits and pieces of your scraps. I used wool scraps from other wool projects, but I have used cotton in an Easter wreath similar to this.

Thanks for the lovely comments, Carli! :) I like to recycle my clothing as much as possible. I love to take things and turn them into something fabulous that I can wear. I'm hoping to finish my Christmas dress by this weekend. I'll post a snap when it's finished. I love your quilts! Happy Sewing!

Welcome to sew what's new. I would have any ideas how embroidered on jeans ? I am thinking about getting to taking old clothes and turn them into sewing new again. I use to brother sewing machines and I use a white 4400 embroidery machine.
