Hello all. I am new to this site, but not new to sewing. I have been sewing for over 30 years. I found this site by accident. I like it a lot.

- I am 44 and I have been sewing since I was a very young child. I was raised by my grandparents so I got and education in the fine tuning of sewing. My gr grandmother and grandmother and nanny would all sit around a frame and boy the stories you would here. But all my sewing knowledge was learnt from the ground up.

This video demonstra
This video demonstrates how to fix / adjust / repair the timing of the hook on a sewing machine. If the thread from your needle isn't getting caught by the hook that rotates around, this video explains what to adjust to fix that. Requires some very basic tools and takes 15-30 minutes - maybe less.
