Hello and welcome from Metairie, LA. I love to sew and am learning to quilt. Do you do all of your quilting and piecing by hand ? My great grandmother did all her quilting by hand but I think she did her piecing on a machine.

Wow, I haven't checked my email in months. It is full of over 700 emails all junk mail and scams! And of course it takes forever to mark them as junk. I will be at this for hours!

This video demonstra
This video demonstrates how to fix / adjust / repair the timing of the hook on a sewing machine. If the thread from your needle isn't getting caught by the hook that rotates around, this video explains what to adjust to fix that. Requires some very basic tools and takes 15-30 minutes - maybe less.
