How can you tell if your bobbin case is in need of repair? I have a feeling that my problem is with either the bobbin case or the needle plate. I have a babylock Ellure. The "safety device" has been activated and the handwheel won't turn freely. I broke two needles prior to the error message,so now what? I am in tears trying to resolve this?

How can you tell if your bobbin case is in need of repair? I have a feeling that my problem is with either the bobbin case or the needle plate. I have a babylock Ellure. The "safety device" has been activated and the handwheel won't turn freely. I broke two needles prior to the error message,so now what? I am in tears trying to resolve this?
