I have a love for old sewing machines but have gotten picky of late only singers and kenmores I have 3 kiddos one is 16 the other is 12 and the princess that does no wrong (she thinks) is 14 months I sew things for my kids alot for the baby and im the go to patcher upper for my bubbas holey jeans My husband says i dont need anymore sewing machines i say i need a couple more

I have 3 singer treadles they models 66, 115, & 127vs then we go to the electric models they start with the singer models 2 of the 15s with potted moters from the 50s a 403 slant from 58 in the origanal cabinet lets mve to kenmores a 158.152 which is ofcourse my fav for the kennies also a 158.13031, 158.13250, 158.1765180,148.217(15 clone) husquvarna viking classica 105 brother 3125brand new dont use brother 5130 dont use and 385 model kennie plastic so wont use the is about 15 more stashed through the house i cant remember those are my daily users except the new plastic ones and i also have a commercial emberoidery machine 1 head 9 needls swf 1501 model although i dont use it as much as i should

Jennifer, thanks for the comment on my find. I have just been telling people that it's a Montgomery Ward that looks like a solid black Singer but with a little motor attached to the back of it. When I bought it, I wanted to use it, but I looked closely at the cords and they are cracked really bad. I talked to my local Janome dealer, who happens to service all my machines, and he said he could fix it up, ready for me to sew.. So I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for the offer! Tell your husband that you enjoy all your machines, and if he fusses, tell him you could always give up sewing and go to WalMart everyday!
