If there is anything I can help you with, please feel free to contact me at jashandbagcentral@gmail.com  If I don't know the answer, I can surely help you find one.  I've been sewing for 20 years or more.  I started off sewing garments for myself and now I'm doing the handbags/totes.  I love it.  I look forward to hearing from you soon.

JoAnn, I left you a message to try the noodlehead site again.  If the link doesn't work again, just type in "noodleheads blog" in your browser (yahoo, google, aol).  You'll be able to find the tutorial that way.

JoAnn, I am mother to three & grandmother to seven (5 boys, 2 girls). I love to sew & make children's clothes. Working on aprons now to sell for Christmas & better hurry since it is right around the corner, huh? I am so glad to meet you!

Hi everyone. I reside in the Washington, DC area and I have two children and three grandchildren. I work as a database analyst by day and I sew and crochet by night. I make handbags, totes and dresses for my granddaughter. I love making her little dresses as she is only 17 mon. old, and very much a lil Diva.

I look forward to correspondence and meeting members of Sew Whats New. Drop me a line.

Hi JoAnn. We have been matched for Member Mix. Looking forward to sharing what you are doing. I just finixhed making character skirts for students at the dance school my daughter once attended. Now deciding on what my next project will be. Both of my daughters are back east one in Germantown, MD and the other one in Pittsburgh, PA.

OH!! I just bought a Dana Marie design co slacks pattern from Haberman Fabrics (via internet). "The first pattern of it's kind to address two main figure types. Whether you're bigger on the top or the bottom, these pants are for you." Or so it says. Haven't tried it yet, but the instructions show both "apples" and "pears".

Gotta go check that out! I want a shell pattern, but with darts or princess seams. Closest I can find is the Palmer/Pleisch pattern, and I failed miserably with that one already once. Pitched the shards. LOL

Thanks!

Becky
