Quilting a jacket
I managed to get some silk/rayon velvet (purple for those who care....) it's not very plush, more like a thick velveteen, but it is 'slinky'...I'd like to make a quilted jacket for my sister (who's a purple freak)...do I quilt quilt it on my long arm ?
