Here I am

Sew this is me. I love to sew. The addiction started the day I took my first Home Economics class in Junior High School. My sewing teacher loved me. She took the time to teach me extra things and really helped me become the seamstress that I am today. My mom was always a sewer, so she only encouraged this addiction. And I flourished under both of their teachings. Today I have three girls that I love to sew for. They inspire me in all that I create. I love the satisfaction I get in making…See More

I feel the same way. I could sit at the sewing machine all day and night if I didn't have to work. I sewed a lot for my girl when they were younger but now they have different tastes and I can't keep up with the constant changes. I do sew for my 2 yr old niece and keep her well stocked with new creations.

I really like the skirtsand resses you made . Are they for your girls ? We seem to have the same tastes in children's clothes. I have made several similar outfits for my 2yr old niece. My 3 children are grown now and I get to spend a lot more time sewing which is what I love to do. I would stay home and sew every day if I could, but we have to live on something so I substitute teach. I really want to teach sewing to children. It would combine two of my favorite pastimes.
