I am an awesome:
I have sewn all my life. It is a gift passed down from Grandmother to Mother to me. I make Women's and Men's Clothing/Tailoring, Wedding Gowns, Doll Clother, Communion Veils and Dress for both child and their doll I am a co-leader of the local American Sewing Guild Neighborhood Group Clifton Clippers.
I love to Fabric shop and any activity related to sewing
My sewing interests are:

Bernina 1230, Singer Featherweight. Bernina Deco Embroidery,Bernina Serger and a Singer Serger

All. Because I am a Plus size I find all patterns need to be altered in order to fit properly No two body shapes are the same

Fur Coat Alteration

Hi All,

I need to learn how to work with fur.  Real Fur.  I have been involved in  Alterations for longer than I care to remember however I have never worked with Real Fur.  I have looked on the internet etc and I though perhaps some  one out there know of a text book or video etc that can help me  Thanks  mj

Bridal Gown Creating a French Under Bustle

Last month my customers brought her purchased Wedding gown wanting a French Under bustle. Her maid of honor suggested to mark the ribbons and loops with a marker so that the lacing would be easier for her. My solution is as follows.

Hi Marijayne! This is an awesome site and thank you for telling me about it. Sorry I missed the meeting on Sat. My hubby had a change in his work schedule and he was off that day. We went to Buck's County PA. It was fun.
