This is done with strips of sheeting crocheted together then crocheted like a doilie but bigger. They are fully washable because they are cotton sheets.

I know that the braided ones do take a lot of preparation too but with the crocheted ones there is NO sewing and NO coming apart. Good talking with you. Where do you live? I am in Ont.

The ones that are on sale mostly and I am willilng to wait for them. Dresses and skirts and tops catch my eye.
