Profile Information

I am an awesome:: I have been designing clothing since I was a student at F.I.T. in New York and have invented the latest sewing tool: Getta Grip Sewing Clips! I teach in the fashion department at City College in San Francisco and have been selling my clips since February.I've just been on Power Sewing with Sandra Betzina and am on her website and in her new book. I'm in the 25th anniversary edition of Threads magazine as " a wonderful alternative to pins when sewing, fitting, draping or altering.

My sewing interests are:: garment, drapery, upholstery, quilting

My sewing machine(s):: Kenmore Elite, Singer overlock and a walking foot machine for leather.

I am interested in patterns such as:: I make my own patterns.
