"Absolutely, the sky is the limit. Retro felted sweaters would make them nice and warm and easy to keep on the little duffer's feet. I finally tied them on with leather strips. Very cute and effective."

barbara said… - Why not use oddments of fabric and make somethink to keep your bits and bobs in, you would need a old pillow case and make a h*** at the top for a hanger to go through amd odd bits to sew pockets on it then you can hand it in babyroom, you could also make draw string bags to hang in different rooms. i have loads of ideas if you are interested drop me a line and i will help were i can take care B

- I am not very good and fairly new at sewing too. I like to try to do quilting, booty bags, purses, pillows, and I am new but love to hand-embroider. My favorite is Sunbonnet Sue . There are all kinds of things I want to try. I live in Indiana.
