"Yes I did alter the pattern slightly to do an adjustment I made the out fits larger then was called for because I love comfort not form it. You should see the leather vest I made out of deer skin it is my best work, simple but great. Sharon"

"Sharon, I'm so glad to find someone who has used the Lutterloh system. I also have the system but I haven't tried making a garment yet. How did the system work for you? Did you have to do any adjustments to the patterns once drafted?"

"I do not have the prefect body and I use Lutterloh patterns to make my clothes, Everything fits fine. I do make my out fits one size larger then required because I love comfort. Sharon"

"you didn't say what stitch your using. I used a four thread over lock and used settings for both needles and both loopers at 4"

I'm so excited!! I actually did it....FINALLY!! With added patience, I was able to see the mistake I was making, thus leading to my frustration. I have it set for a rolled stitch hem. Is this okay for sewing all seams or only hems? I'm going to try to sew a dress pattern tonight and would like to use my serger for the seams as well. Thanks for all of your support.
