Japanese anime costume.
This was for a 12 yr old who wanted to be "Kagome" for Halloween 2008. Fabric was polyester knit found @ Goodwill! I created the collar myself w/o a pattern. Skirt was from Simplicity 4963.

- I'm a SAHM who loves to make things! I sew, I bead, I cook (sometimes, well actually!)
I just got done last summer working for a local bridal shop learning how to alter wedding gowns and doing hundreds and hundreds of prom dresses etc.
Now I'm back sewing for an Oregon drumline and making purses and doing alterations out of my home.
3 kids, 4 cats the usual suburban mom stuff!
