I am an awesome:
Started sewing as a small child on Mom's Singer...worked in a sewing factory many years but then dropped out of sewing for many years. Been getting back into it now for about a year or so. I own my own entertainment co. and enjoy making matching decor and hats/clothing for the shows - sorta stands me out from the others! Also enjoy making all kinds of hats and baby and pet items---well, actually I think it's the Bernina I'm enjoying!!
My sewing interests are:
garment, drapery, home decor, embroidery

I got our Chi a bed recently which was actually asmall travel case that It hought would be adorable sitting on the floor with the lid up. Too bad I underestimated her length and it was way too small . She adored it anyway even though It looked so uncomfortable, like trying to fit into a shoe that's two sizes too small.

Wow that's an interesting career! You'd get to be all kinds of creative. I hope you post some of your items. I'd love to see them.
I noticed you said you were sewing for pets... I just asked Susan today about creating a pets group and she said she'd get right on it! Hopefully I'll see you there!

Those dowel holders are awesome. My mother in law has a sewing room and she's got one on her wall. Eye candy, aren't they?? : ) I have to keep my thread & bobbins in a plastic bin the size of a shoe box unfortunately!
