A Dress in 3.5 Hours

"Truly artistic creativity! And the most beautiful results. Of course, she would look good in a potato sack, I'm sure. But I really enjoyed this segment."

Thanks for the kind words about my little scottie sock dog. He was really easy to make! All you need is a air of fuzzy socks (better get them now because they're only available in cold months). The toe portion becomes the bottom, the heel becomes the top of the dog's head and you cut the cuff off, making sure to leave enough to make the beard/nose - as well as enough to make the legs & ears from the cuff area. Stuff him to the nose & close it up vertically. Don't over stuff especially at he neck. This gives it the small neck -long beard effect. Cut the limbs & ears from the cuff & hand sew them - stuff them and hand stitch them to the body. These fuzzy socks hid all imperfections in hand sewing! Hope you get to try it!
