I am an awesome:: Happily married mother of 2, always looking for great ideas to use as classroom projects or just rainy day fun! We are military and currently live in Turkey. I sure do miss going to Michaels and Hobby lobby!

My sewing interests are:: garment, drapery, home decor

Right now I am trying to type to you and my Buffon's Macaw is trying to give lots of kisses! She is just a baby at 7 months, she is a so very spoiled! I have 7 parrots total--one Congo African Grey, (a total ham that talks ALLOT!) a Senegal Conure, (only likes men, or my husband) two quakers, (totally spoiled!) a Parrotlet, (got her free cus she had a broken leg and wasn't expected to live-she has and is very active!) and a Jardine parrot who really thinks I am her Mommy! I can't go anywhere without her calling for me! And yes, I spoil her too!

I love to make quilts! I have been quilting for over 15 years, and I mostly do piecing. I am just starting to learn applique. If you have any questions that I can answer, please let me know. I have posted several articles that pertain to quilting on this site, look them up! I have lots of instructional documents saved to my computer that I have collected on sewing, along with craft patterns and all sorts of quilt patterns. Just let me know and I will see if I have it to send to you!

most of my fabrics,online and by mail!!SHIPPING CHARGES AGH!!

Life is extremely busy right now,trying to set up an at home business,SO if ya don't see me much,still your friend :-)
