- I am a self-taught sewer that has invested in a whole lot of sewing books and spent many hours searching the internet trying to do research. I wish I could take a sewing class but in my area, they do not offer that and I refuse to take that Penn. Foster Dressmaking Online Course. I've taught my self how to work an Sewing Machine, Serger & Embroidery Machine so I think I'm doing good and with all the research that is on the web I feel that I will learn everything else that I need to know. I'm so excited to have my PGM Dress Form. Therefore, I've been ordering things that I think that I will need and like to try out. Now I am using my Dress Form I named "Precious" to make my wonderful D.I.Y. Creations. This site has been a Blessing to me, and a reference tool as well.
