I just recently got a brother embroidery machine and was downloading designs off the internet and when i put them in my embroidery folder instead of seeing the pic of the design I see the PED design (program that I have installed). Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. I know when i look at my moms this doesn't happen--i always see the pic at her house. we tried all morning but cant figure out how to get it changed. any ideas?
