I am retired from the carpet industries I now have a small custom sewing and embroidery business. I am branching out with reconstructed garments. I love sewing for kids and I collect vintage and antique garments, and antique sewing machines and notions, buttons and such.

What type(s) of sewing machine(s) do you have?
I have 8 antique machines, I work on a Babylock Quilters Choice, and use a brothers serger and embroider with a BMP6 Babylock.
What brands of patterns have you tried?
Any and All, and I design a lot of my own.

Vintage and Antique linens

I have never done the blog thing before but there is always a first time for everything. I collect vintage and antique linens, for the most part because they are so beautiful and then there are the rescue items, the pillowcase, sheet, dresser scarf or whatever that hasn't been taken care of but has the most wonderful embroidery or lace, crochet, etc. I have found some things for pennies and added to my collection.
