My final Duckie Shower gifts

I guess I went a bit overboard for our niece, but I was on a roll. 8-D Pictured is a towel apron to dry the sweet little one, as well as a blanket and a couple of other neccessities. The towel apron is made from a large, fluffy bath towel with the bath mitt made from the toweling that was cut away for the shaping. I found the pattern on Etsy and thought it was a cute idea. Apron for Neighbor

My neighbor and I went to Hobby Lobby and she mentioned that she should start wearing an apron while working in the kitchen. I had an apron at home in my stash of blanks and embroidered one for her. She loved it and said that her husband is a bit jealous. Since he retired he is also spending time in the kitchen. I guess I'll have to work on an idea for him too.…

Duckie Shower Gift

I found a cute little sippy cup to dress up at Hobby Lobby. I embroidered a sweet duckie from Designs So Fine after reducing the design by about 15 percent. I hope Krisitn will like it for her baby. I never know what to give the wealthier family members because they can be "designer" motivated.…

Owl Hoodie Towel

After many weeks in the "Johns Hopkins" of Baby Lock sewing machine hospitals, Big Ellie is finaly home and back at work. My first project since her return was embroidering an owl hoodie towel for my SIL to give as a gift.
