I haven't shared anything on here in a while so I thought I would share my cutting table experience with you. 

I was so happy when I was able to purchase one of those cutting tables that they sell at the fabric store, you know with the fold out legs.  But this sewing room I have now the table didn't work with my hard wood floors.

I have been collecting fabrics for as long as I can remember and one thing that some might say is "don't give her anymore fabric"



I belong to a quilting guild and we trade fabrics once in awhile. One of our members brought a stack of upholstery to one of our trades and no one wanted them. Of course I said "I will take them" you can't let good fabric like that go to waste, right.

It used to be my living room then I decided that we don't do much "living" in there so the room that was to be the extra bedroom became the living room and the living room became the sewing room. I like it because the lighting is better, the floor is tile, when my customers come in they don't have to walk through my house.
