A modern Valentine sewing project for your home. The printed fabric is by Timeless Treasures and is called Hearts by Gail Cadden. This is a very well written and photographed quilting tutorial. Nicole uses a fun contrasting thread for accent quilting which adds a professional finish. I've also posted a video below that will play a tutorial by MissouriQuiltCo showing us how to make a chevron (zig-zag) quilt with 10" squares!
You will need:
1/2 yard of print fabric 1/4 yard of solid fabric 18″ piece of fusible fleece or quilt battingSpray baste or basting pins if using a non-fusible battingSewing machine & notions (thread, colored thread for accent quilting, scissors, rotary cutter, straight pins, cutting board, acrylic ruler)
