I have an computerized sewing machine that jumped timing and I was wondering if you anyone knew of how to go back and sit the time back myself.

Are you referring to a clock on the sewing machine? or the timing of the stitch/bobbin syncronization?
If the bobbin/needle timing is off, you'll have to take it to a repair shop.
Setting a clock should be in your machine's owners manual.
