DIY Fabric Bread Bag Tutorials - Sew Clever Housewarming Gift

Bread Bag Tutorials:

Wrapping fresh bread in ordinary kitchen towels is an excellent way to keep it nice and fresh throughout the day.  This is a very quick, easy, inexpensive, and useful craft item.  If you don’t bake your own bread, these bags are good storage for artisan breads you buy in a bakery as well.  These bags would make nice housewarming gifts - of course with some fresh bread inside.

Kitchen towels are the perfect size for making bread bags. Using kitchen/tea towels also means no cutting – and no finishing seams.  Of course you can cut fabric pieces for these bags out of linen or any other fabric you'd like and sew the seams.

There are two tutorials available to show you how to make bread bags:

  1. DIY: Cloth Bread Bag by Momtastic
  2. Bread Bag Tutorial by I Eat Food
