Fashionista Halloween Boot

I have to admit, I'm not much of a Halloween gal but my daughters friend, who's birthday is in October, LOVES it so I just had to make her something themed for her special day. I designed a door hanging (there is a small gromet in the sock portion) or it can be propped up on her desk. She loved it and so do I.

I'm an addict of fabrics, trims, buttons laces etc. Roelisia, I made the pattern and would be happy to share if only I knew how to do that. Lol Can anyone tell me how to scan and download a paper pattern to share??
