Hi everyone. This is my first post here so I hope I'm doing this correctly!
I wanted to share with you all one of my recent tutorials that has been very popular. It's a video tutorial all about how to do a ladder stitch, which is also know as an invisible stitch or hidden stitch.
This has been a very valuable stitch to me as it has enabled me to close up openings without anyone being able to tell where the opening was to begin with. I used to do a whipstitch (as you can see in the photo below).
I hope this posts helps at least one person out there learn this great technique for finishing sewing projects flawlessly!
Happy sewing everyone!

I'm glad to see somebody use this stitch! I have had many of my sewing friends look at me funny when I told them I used an 'invisible' stitch to close openings for stuffing, etc. I can't believe how many people don't know how to use it. I guess I was lucky to have a grandmother who taught me a lot of hand sewing techniques when I was a girl.
You did a good tutorial; what others have you done?
Thank you, Susan!
Thanks, Sue! I'm glad you loved it :)
